Estate Planning Services We Provide

  • Estate Planning

A comprehensive estate plan ensures that your wishes are clearly documented and that your loved ones are guided in administering your estate after your death.

  • Powers of Attorney

The purpose of a power of attorney is to grant authority to another person to act on your behalf. This authority may be broad or limited in scope.

  • Living Trust

The purpose of a living trust is to transfer personal property and assets into the trust, helping protect them from probate.

  • Guardianship

A parent may nominate a guardian for their minor children. This nomination of guardian is a parent’s choice of the person who should take care of their children in the event of their incapacity or death.

  • Wills

The purpose of a will is for a person to distribute their probate estate to individuals, corporations, associations, societies, or other entities (including your trust). A will should accompany a trust to account for any assets that may be left out of the trust.

  • Advance Health Care Directive

The purpose of an Advance Health Care Directive is to grant authority to another person to make medical decisions on your behalf if you are unable to do so. It also outlines your wishes regarding medical treatment and end-of-life decisions.
